When you purchase KDX Client, if you can get a number of your friends to also purchase KDX Client at the same time, then you will all receive a discount. Also, the person who organized it will receive a free license for KDX Server.
If you get 5 friends (including yourself) to purchase it, then you will all receive a discount of $5 each. 6 friends means a discount of $6 for everyone. 10 friends means a discount of $10 for everyone. And so forth. In other words, for each additional friend, every person receives an additional $1 discount. And then if you are the one who organized it, you will also receive KDX Server for no additional cost.
There is a minimum of 5 friends. Also, the maximum discount is half price, so once you reach half price, any additional friends will also receive half price but the discount will not increase further (otherwise the total price would start going backwards). The licenses you receive for Friend Discount purchases are only for personal use (not business).
This is how it works:
- Let's assume that you are aiming for the 5 Friend Discount, and you are the one who is organizing it.
- You collect the money for KDX Client at the discounted price from 4 of your friends or their friends etc. For example, they might give you the cash in person, or they might use PayPal to send it to your PayPal account.
- Then once you have all the money, you go to the Haxial website and purchase the 5 Friend Discount package (for the total price).
- Then you use the Contact page to send a message to Haxial -- tell us your name, your e-mail address (must match your purchase), and the details for each of your friends. Include their name, e-mail address, and street address.
- We will then e-mail an individual purchase certificate to each of the 5 people, including 1 for yourself.
