So how does this work?
Your first steps should be to download, install, and try the product BEFORE you purchase it. Yes, Haxial allows this. In fact, we strongly insist that you try the product and be satisfied with it BEFORE you purchase.
Haxial uses the very popular PayPal service to process payments in a secure and easy manner, including international payments. You can pay with credit card or debit card. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Alternatively, you can instruct PayPal to transfer money from your bank account using Electronic Funds Transfer. This is available in many countries including European Union countries, USA, UK, Australia, Japan, and more.
Once your payment is confirmed, Haxial will send you an e-mail containing a digital certificate. This is your proof of purchase. It is also used to disable the payment reminders in the Haxial program. You should receive this within a day or two of your purchase (a human has to verify every order to combat fraud).
Please be careful to type your e-mail address correctly and exactly, or we will be unable to contact you. If you are using a pre-existing PayPal account, please check that it has a working e-mail address, or again we will be unable to send the information to you.
If you disagree with Haxial's Software License Agreement, you are not permitted to use or purchase any Haxial products.
What if I do not want to use PayPal?
Sorry, we can only accept payments via PayPal, and we cannot make special payment arrangements for individual people (except for very large purchases).
What if I don't have a Credit Card?
Instead of using a credit card, you can instruct PayPal to transfer money from your bank account using Electronic Funds Transfer. This is available in many countries including European Union countries, USA, UK, Australia, Japan, and more.
Alternatively, some banks offer cards that work the same as credit cards (compatible with Visa or MasterCard etc, and works on the Internet), but they actually withdraw money from your bank account instead of being on credit. This may be called a "Visa Debit Card". It is like a credit card with no credit. Ask your local bank about it.
If you are going to be making purchases on the Internet, having either a credit or debit card is very useful. You could get a credit card with a low credit limit if you want.
Can I pay using the "eCheck" option in PayPal instead of credit/debit card?
An eCheck is an electronic funds transfer that withdraws money directly from your bank account. It is like writing a check/cheque, except it is done electronically. You can certainly use this, but note that PayPal will hold the eCheck as pending/uncleared for 3 to 9 days, until the electronic funds transfer has been cleared by your bank. Haxial cannot send your certificate to you until the eCheck has been cleared.
PayPal may allow you to use the "Instant Transfer" method instead of eCheck. Or if you use your PayPal account regularly, you can transfer funds into it from your bank account. Any money held in your PayPal account can be used to make purchases without any clearance delay. Purchases made using credit card have no delay.
What if I want a refund?
Haxial products are available for you to download and try even before you purchase them. As stated above, we insist that you try the product and be satisfied with it BEFORE you purchase. Thus there should be no reason to request a refund.
How much will it cost in my local currency?
Haxial displays and charges US Dollar prices. If your account or credit card is in a different currency, PayPal will automatically perform a currency conversion when you purchase. To see the converted price before purchasing, you can use the Yahoo Currency Converter. Note that this will be an estimated price because the exchange rates vary depending on the current global market conditions, and also different banks use slightly different rates.
What technical support do I receive?
Haxial provides technical support via e-mail, the documentation that comes with the program, and the information on this website. Haxial does not offer technical support via the telephone (because then we would have to charge much more for our products to cover the costs, and we do not want to do that).
Will I be mailed a physical disk or box?
No. This is an electronic purchase, everything is done via the Internet. You obtain the product simply by downloading it from the Haxial website. In fact, you should already have the product installed on your computer BEFORE you purchase. You will not be sent a physical disk or box. This decreases Haxial's costs and these savings are passed onto you by keeping the product prices low. Also, downloading the product and sending your purchase certificate to you via the Internet is much faster than by physical mail (especially internationally), which means much less waiting time for you. In the future, Haxial may offer an option to mail you a physical box etc for an extra fee, if there is sufficient interest in this option.
Do I receive any free upgrades/updates?
Yes, your purchase includes upgrades to new versions of the product at no additional cost for at least 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, Haxial may or may not decide to charge an upgrade fee. To be notified via e-mail when new versions are released, please subscribe to the announcement mailing list.
Does the purchase include both the Mac and MS Windows versions?
Yes. The digital certificate that you receive works with both the Mac and MS Windows versions (it is not tied to a specific operating system).
I have multiple computers at my home, do I have to purchase a license for each computer?
No. Haxial permits you to purchase 1 license and use it on all of the computers that you own at home (or if you have a laptop as well as a desktop computer), provided that it is for personal use and you are the only person using the Haxial product on the computers.
If I purchase your product, will you help me download and install it on my computer?
NO. If you need help installing it, ask us BEFORE purchasing. You must have successfully installed and used the product and made sure it works to your satisfaction BEFORE you purchase it. Assistance with first-time installation will NOT be provided after purchasing as it will be expected that you have already completed that step.
Can you send the certificate to a different address than the address on the payment? / Can you change the name?
Sorry, this cannot be done for security reasons (to prevent fraud and unauthorized use of accounts and credit cards).
How do I know that I can trust you with my money?
Haxial allows you to and insists that you try the fully-functional software BEFORE purchasing. Also please check the PayPal Member Information for Haxial. You will see that Haxial's Reputation Number is "1000+", meaning that Haxial has successfully completed more than a thousand transactions with verified PayPal members (the display of the number is capped at 1000, so Haxial has achieved the best capped rating). You can also see that Haxial's PayPal account was created in the year 2001, showing that Haxial has been in business at least that long. And ofcourse the Account Status shows as "Verified". To see all this information for yourself, PayPal requires that you proceed through the payment/checkout screens here as if you are going to make a purchase, and AFTER you have logged in with your PayPal account (or created one), PayPal will allow you to view the Member Information for Haxial by clicking on the Status link (and then you can cancel before committing a payment, if you wish).
What now?
To start the purchase, click the "PURCHASE" button (below) of the product that you want to purchase. You are then taken to the Shopping Cart page. If you want to add another product to your Shopping Cart, click your web browser's "Back" button, then click the next "PURCHASE" button.

THE TOP 5 MISTAKES THAT PEOPLE MAKE

Old or incorrect e-mail address -- If you are using a pre-existing PayPal account, be sure to update it to your current e-mail address. Double-check that the address you type is correct. People regularly send us payments using non-working e-mail addresses, and then wonder why their certificate never arrived.

Paid before trying -- Haxial products are available for you to download and try even before you purchase them. Please do NOT purchase the product until you have tried it and are satisfied with it! Some people purchase the product before trying it and then discover that it is too complex/advanced for them to use, or they cannot even install it. Don't waste your money, try before you buy.

eChecks delayed -- You are welcome to pay using PayPal's "eCheck" method, but note that PayPal or your bank requires 3-9 business days to clear the transfer out of your bank account. You will not receive your certificate until PayPal and your bank clear it.

Lost certificate -- Some people successfully complete the purchase, but subsequently lose their certificate when their hard disk dies or other malfunction occurs. Back it up, you will need it again if ever you need to reinstall.

Mistaken as spam -- Some people have an excessively aggressive or mistake-prone spam filter on their e-mail account, and when we send an e-mail to them containing their purchase information, the message is incorrectly identified as spam and then deleted or placed into a junkmail folder.
