Annoying Users/Servers

There's this person who is a total asshole and should be stopped / banned from KDX and ...

Haxial sympathizes with you and understands your frustration. However, Haxial does not have control over what members of the public do while on the net. Haxial is not some kind of "netiquette police" who can make everyone on the net play nicely. Haxial does not have the ability to ban people from KDX because KDX is a software product, not a service, and there is no "membership" that could be revoked. Haxial suggests that you:

• Send your complaint to the person that you are complaining about.
  
  
• Do not talk to that person anymore.
  
  
• Use the "Ignore" command in KDX, which causes messages from that person to be ignored as if they were never sent (to access this feature, second-click on a user).
  
  
• Although it is impossible to ban someone from all of KDX, the owner/administrator of a particular server CAN ban someone from their own server, so you can appeal to the administrator of the particular server on which you encountered the annoying person.

Haxial is not some kind of "netiquette police" who can make everyone on the net play nicely. Haxial does not have the ability to ban people from KDX because KDX is a software product, not a service, and there is no "membership" that could be revoked. Haxial suggests that you:

• Send your complaint to the person that you are complaining about.
  
  
• Do not visit/use that particular server/tracker anymore.
  
  
• Start your own server/tracker, and encourage people who are unsatisfied with other servers/trackers to use your server/tracker, which is a very democratic solution.
