Configuring Asante Router

1. Open your web browser and go to http://192.168.123.254 which should be the LAN address of your Asante router. Or if that does not work, read the documentation that came with your router in order to discover its address.

2. Enter the login and password for your router. The default login is "admin" and the password is "admin". Or if that does not work, check the documentation.

3. Click on "Advanced" in the the top navigation bar.

4. Scroll down to "Distributed Servers Setup".

5. Under "Service Ports", type the port number of the program you want to use. For example, for KDX Server you would put 10700 (unless you changed it).

6. Under "Server IP", type the LAN address of the computer that is running the program you want to use (for example, KDX Server). The address will look something like "192.168.123.134".

7. Click the "Apply New Distributed Servers Setting" button.

8. You will have to restart the router.
