Haxial Software intends to never sell, trade, rent, loan or disclose the personal information you provide us to any other company or third parties without your permission (unless required to do so by law for some reason).

Haxial Software may collect the following information if you provide it to us:

• Your company/organization name.
• Your e-mail address.
• Your street address.
• Your IP address.
• Your phone number.
• What operating system you use.

Haxial Software intends to never make this information available to another company without your permission. The information is used only by Haxial Software for new product and upgrade announcements, special offers, tech support issues etc.

No Haxial program will collect information about you and then surreptitiously send it to Haxial without your permission. KDX definitely does not send information to Haxial. If any Haxial program in the future does this, it would only do it after first asking for your permission. In terms of the Internet, Haxial programs do only what you instruct them to do. They will not send data to any address unless you configured/caused them to do that. Haxial encourages people to verify this for themselves by using network monitoring tools.

The Haxial website does not use "cookies", except in the Online Shop page in order to make the "shopping cart" work (not to track your habits). A note on the page informs you that it uses cookies.

No Haxial program incorporates spyware/adware. Haxial is a reputable company and will never tarnish its reputation with spyware/adware or spam. We detest such bullshit as much as you.
