If you need Haxial to resend your purchase certificate to you, then please use this form in order to speed up the processing of your request and to ensure we receive all the information we need to resend it.

If you simply want your purchase certificate resent to the same e-mail address that was used to make the purchase, then the only details you need to provide are that e-mail address, your name, and your operating system.

If you want it resent to a different e-mail address, then for security/verification purposes, you will need to provide all the information, and you will have to wait while a confirmation e-mail is sent to the original e-mail address. This is for your and Haxial's protection.
